1. Provider and acceptance
The service is provided by Genius Nutrition S.R.L., Business Logistic Center, Strada Tamasi nr. 20, Hala 6A, Buftea, Ilfov, 070000, Romania, Uniunea Europeana. Nr. reg. com: J23/4568/2015; VAT RO35355847. By installing or using the app, the merchant accepts these terms.
2. Service
SDDR Spain lets merchants select eligible products, configure a deposit amount and units per pack, add the deposit as a separate cart component, and review the order lifecycle, including fulfillment, refunds, and cancellations recorded by Shopify. The Pro plan includes monthly XLSX and CSV exports.
3. Subscription and cancellation
Standard costs USD 9.99 per month and Pro costs USD 14.99 per month. Approval, billing, plan changes, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Shopify App Pricing. Merchants can manage or cancel their plan through Shopify without contacting support.
4. Merchant responsibility
The merchant decides which products are eligible, sets the applicable amount, enters the actual units per pack, keeps the deposit notice visible, and validates results and reports. The app reflects refunds and cancellations recorded by Shopify, but it does not initiate refunds, process container returns, or submit information to authorities or system operators. It does not replace legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
5. Permitted use
Merchants must use the app lawfully, keep their Shopify account secure, and not attempt to bypass controls, access other stores, interfere with the service, or use it for unauthorized data or purposes.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct, maintain, or update the service to preserve security and Shopify compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a particular configuration satisfies regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the app, Shopify listing, or this page.
7. Ownership and liability
SDDR Spain and its materials belong to the provider or its licensors. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for incorrect merchant configurations, regulatory decisions, indirect loss, or Shopify and third-party services outside its control. Nothing limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination, governing law, and contact
Merchants may end use by cancelling the plan and uninstalling the app. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or breach. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting applicable mandatory rules. For questions, email support@obsedia.ai.
9. Data protection
The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) form part of these terms when we process personal data on the merchant's behalf.
